    This is my first Ninjato, and I am extremely happy to have received It from you guys before Christmas. The whole thing looks amazing and arrived in good condition, no scratches or any other impurities. Thank you! Money well spent!

    The sword was well package and would have been well made except when I received it in the mail and unpacked it the blade was bent and I have pictures to prove it. I have called the company number and left emails and have yet to here from them. You would think a company like that would take pride in their workmanship and help me to try and resolve the issue. I was planning on buying another sword but I don't want another bent sword. How am I supposed to display a bent katana. If they would contact me and try and resolve the issue I would buy another sword. Because I have tried to email them and call them and failed I give them one star for professionalism and customer service.
